This experiment devised by Thomas Young in 1801 seemingly proved, light is a wave not a particle as Newton and others were agreed on. However, later ( in 1901)

Maxwell Planck showed that light is divided into units called QUANTA !  So light is apparently 2 faced in a seemingly impossible way.     What then is our answer?

As we have constantly maintained the Universe is created by spinning space. Then it follows that when an electron gives off light it does so by losing one or more revolutions at a time (Quanta) and so it is a unit and a wave naturally.  The outward motion impelled by the innate spin already having the energy.

Interestingly Planck wrote “ A new scientific truth does not triumph by convincing its   opponents and making them see the light, but rather because its opponents eventually die, and a new generation grows up that is familiar with it”
